If your stay is longer than 14 nights, linens will be changed on a weekly basis. A car is recommended although the residence is located 300 meters from a bus station with a connection every 20 minutes to Estepona or Marbella. The residence is conveniently located between San Pedro El Cantara and Estepona in the New Golden Miles and close to PUERTO BANUS and LAGUNA BEACH with its famous and highly prized beach bars and luxury boutiques. Also discover the port of Estepona with a market every Sunday and close to a sandy beach in a bay ideal for children. El Pirata beach is 900 m away with a beach restaurant and a Chiringuito Le Sonara, it is within walking distance by the footbridge on the A7. The Golf de la Résinera is less than 2 km away. Nearest restaurants within walking distance: Playa Bella, El Caserio, Tikitano. You will also be 1/2 hour from the beautiful marina of Sotogrande and 3/4 hour from Gibraltar. Guest access The apartment is located in a luxurious gated residence. "Access to swimming pools, saunas, showers, toilets and gyms is only tolerated with the use of the personalized orange key to the apartment and is strictly forbidden for unaccompanied children. (It is possible that only one pool is open and tolerated in the absence of a lifeguard or maintenance and upgrading work.)
