It has a wide plot where you can enjoy exceptional views. Important: Read the section on other IMPORTANT details. The space The house is distributed on two floors. On the lower floor you will find two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom and a pleasant living room. One of the rooms stands out for its large panoramic windows, which allow you to gaze at the sea without getting out of bed. This floor has air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort year-round. Upstairs is the bright living/dining room with A/C and a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. On this floor there is also an additional bedroom and a second full bathroom. Two of the three rooms have air conditioning. Outside, the house is surrounded by a large stepped garden among the traditional Mallorcan marjades, old cultivation terraces characteristic of the area. From various spots on the property, you can enjoy exceptional views of the sea, the mountains, and the charming landscape of Banyalbufar. The house also has garden furniture, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals and dinners outdoors while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean. For added convenience, there is private parking inside the property. Guests are informed that Mallorca is an island and water is a scarce commodity, so reasonable consumption is requested. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Access is via a narrow paved road. For this reason, it is essential to rent a small or compact vehicle (such as a Toyota Yaris, Fiat 500, Opel Corsa, or similar), as larger vehicles have difficulty accessing the property comfortably. WIFI: The Wi-Fi connection is via radio, so the performance and speed are not the same as with fiber or ADSL. It's a place in nature, so it's important not to leave uncovered food in the house to avoid attracting insects. Occasionally, you may see ants, pillbugs or lizards.
