Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note Some simple house rules: - Please do not throw anything in the toilet. No tissues in toilet, please don't throw tissue in toilet bowl. It caused blockage and toilet won't work. - Please help save energy by turning off the lights and aircon when you don't need them and when you leave the apartment. - Please don't take anything that belongs to the property with you when check out. - Please don't leave any rubbish outside the bin or outside the front door or hallway, if it doesn't fit please use new garbage bag. - Please clean up after yourself when using the kitchen - Please take off your shoes when entered the apartment. ** Drug usage is strictly prohibited. ** Please don't smoke inside the apartment. There will be fine of THB10,000 for breaking the house rules. ** It’s against the law for loud noise to be made during the night time if the neighbours report to the police. Please lower your voice, especially after 9 pm - 8 am. If the neighbour complains there will be fine of THB10,000 for breaking the house rules. - Late check out after 12 pm. will have an extra charge of 300 THB/hour Thank you in advance and for your understanding.
