The Chestnuts Lincolnshire holiday cottages are located on a characteristic and authentic farm offering high quality self-catering holiday accommodation, with private fishing lakes. The Chestnuts nestled within idyllic countryside provide the ideal base from which to explore the hustle and bustle of the East Coast and unspoilt Lincolnshire Wolds. The space Holly cottage is a modern, one double bedroom cottage, with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and spacious living room with tv/dvd. There is a large conservatory and garden with beautiful lake and countryside views. Heating is by gas and electric. Guest access You will have sole use of Holly cottage and its private garden. There are communal areas shared with other guests such as the washroom/utility room which is located away from Holly and next to the office. The games room is also shared. Other things to note Strict Policy: One dog per booking, no dogs under 1 year. Charges are £25 for short breaks and £50 for a week per dog payable on arrival.
