The Little Barn -beautiful country getaway

The Little Barn is set in one and a half acres of paddock in beautiful countryside near National Trust jewel-Waddesdon Manor. A stylish two bedroom barn - perfect for a tranquil getaway. Near the historic village of Quainton, with its pub on the green, village shop and windmill, there are many rural walks or enjoy our paddock with small orchard and bee hives. The Little Barn is ideal for 2 couples or a family. As well as 2 bedrooms , there is a sofabed in the living room and single trestle bed. The space Spacious open plan living room and kitchen. Separate bathroom. Main double bedroom and second bedroom but with a smaller queen sized double bed. A peaceful getaway. TV available on request or guests are welcome to bring laptops or ipads and use streaming services. Guest access The whole property available for guests Other things to note We do allow well behaved pets but guests should note that although the Little Barn is set around 20m from the road, it can be busy at peak times and pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times. The paddock is enclosed by country hedges but these are not secure and dogs may be able to pass through onto farmland with livestock. There are a couple of beehives in the paddock so guests with pets should keep them a reasonable distance away, especially in warmer months when bees are active. Guests should also note there is no TV set up at the Barn but we have one you can use during your stay if this is your preference. Please request it with your booking. You are also welcome to bring laptops/ipads etc if you wish to relax with a film or two during your stay. We would also request that if you are a couple and only need one bed that we would be enormously grateful if you didn’t use the second room-saves an awful lot of washing and ironing!
