Wheeler Cottage - The Rectory Lacock

The cottages sit within the 6 acre grounds of The Rectory Lacock. Ideally suited to a couple or a family with young children - max of 2 adults & 2 children. A favourite for film & TV producers due to its notably picturesque streets & historic cottages, all unspoilt by modern alterations, Lacock village has been a setting for Downton Abbey, Pride & Prejudice, Cranford & Harry Potter. The cottages are also ideally suited to people visiting the local area inc Bath, Stonehenge, Avebury & Longleat. The space Converted from the original former rectory stables, Wheeler Cottage is the smaller of the two cottages. It has a vaulted roof in the lounge/kitchen area and a view over the rectory gardens. Wheeler Cottage has one double room with a king size bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds, suitable for children only. The cottage accommodates four people and is ideally suited for a couple, a young family or business people working in the local area. Wheeler Cottage accommodates a maximum of two adults (main bedroom) and two children (bunk beds – second bedroom). We do not accept bookings for three or four adults in this cottage. Wheeler Cottage is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and basin. All linen and towels are included. The cottage has WIFI access as well as a TV and DVD player. An iron and ironing board are available. There is on site parking available for one car per cottage. There is no parking available for a second car on site. Wheeler Cottage has its own private garden. The cottage also shares a dedicated patio area with Lenton Cottage. Although the cottages are separate there is an adjoining hallway so the cottages can be interlinked as one, if required. Guest access Check-in is via a key safe. Details will be sent via email to customers 48 hrs prior to arrival. Other things to note For insurance, security reasons and safety for all, customers are requested not to invite anyone who is not staying in the cottages onto the Rectory Lacock site, either by foot or vehicle. There is parking on site for one car per cottage. There is no parking available for a second car on site.
