Beautiful apartment for 6 persons more than 90 sqm with amazing 50sqm city and sea view veranda, in Monopoli's centre and near the famous ancient historic centre. The apartment is standing only 200mt away from the sandy beach of Monopoli and 500mt away from the historic centre and Porta Vecchia beach. The space The interior, well-furnished and equipped with every comfort, has a well-equipped kitchen and living area with all appliances; three comfortable and convenient bathrooms with a shower cubicle and finally three double bedrooms. From the living area, you can reach the veranda of about 50 square meters, exclusively belonging to the apartment, surrounded by a railing and equipped with a shaded dining area perfect on the hottest days. The apartment is a few meters from restaurants and meeting places in the historic center of Monopoli, and is also only 200 meters from the beautiful beaches of fine golden sand in the center of Monopoli. The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. We recommend it especially for families with children or two/three couples of friends. Guest access The guests, during their stay, have full and exclusive access to the entire building. It's not allowed to recharge electric bike in the apartment. Other things to note The rates not included the tourism tax (2€ per night per person; free for under12). We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which will be given copies. Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the house. Please note: in Monopoli trash must be place out in the time indicated on document “Recycling” published in the apartment.
