Holiday rental located on the first floor of a new villa. Situated in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the town center; includes a private entrance and terrace. Close to the Cèze River (featuring a beach for swimming and canoeing). Near the Pont du Gard, the Chauvet Cave, Uzès, and Alès; the coast is a 90-minute drive away. The swimming pool is shared only with the owners; there are no other rentals on the property. We make an effort to use the pool only when you are away.
