Please note there is no elevator and stair access is required to the entrance of the unit. Parking: • When arriving at the gate to the community, you will be required to present confirmation of your booking which should include the property address in either in a printed form or on your mobile device. • A parking pass will be issued for each vehicle and is valid for a period of 7 days. It must be renewed at the security gate every 7 days. • Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Please note that the parking is a short walk from the unit. Ventura Country Club amenities: • The community pool and hot tub is open from 5am - 9pm daily. • Passes for the pool are provided during your stay, a $150 replacement fee will be charged if the passes are not return by check out. • The gated community is segmented into various neighborhoods. Other resort amenities in these areas are not included or may require an additional fee. Other things to note • For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Photos of driver's licenses and documents sent by email are not accepted.
