The space Here you will find a 2 bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has a bed with mattresses ideal for your rest, a spacious closet, Smart TV, desk and blackout blinds. A bathroom with complimentary amenities such as sulfate- and paraben-free shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, bath towels, wash towels, hand towels, face towels, pool towels, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, hood, microwave, coffee maker, blender and refrigerator, as well as cooking utensils and pans for cooking. Olive oil, napkins and some condiments are already provided. The living room is equipped with a 70-inch Smart TV to watch your favorite series and a very comfortable sofa bed that can be set up as two single beds or as a king-size bed. And so you can travel light, we have provided a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has high-speed 350 Mb Wi-Fi designed for those who need a stable connection to work. Also ideal for couples and families looking for quality recreation. The building has amenities such as a pool and gym, a game room and a playground for the little ones. And for your safety, access is controlled and there is 24-hour security. The pool is available from Tuesday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (It is closed for maintenance on Mondays.) 💪 Would you rather start the day with a little exercise? The fitness center is open 24 hours. We only ask that you respect quiet hours at night. 💻 Need a quiet space to work? The coworking space is available 24 hours a day so you can work comfortably.  🛝Traveling with small children? The playground is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the playroom from 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. 🔥 Would you like some grilled meat? Grills are available: • Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM • Friday and Saturday: 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The reservation costs $300 MXN and includes a grill, a table, and chairs. Ruth Nestiq Other things to note The management of our building places great emphasis on providing a pleasant space for all its residents, so they maintain strict COMMON AREA RULES, which we would like to share with you for your consideration during your stay: 1. Smoking cigarettes and/or vaping in hallways, elevators, any enclosed area, and on the pool deck is prohibited. 2. Blocking common spaces for long periods of time is not allowed, considering that they are spaces intended for rotating and equitable use. 3. The use of audio equipment, speakers, microphones or loudspeakers that may disturb the peace of the condominium residents is not allowed. 4. Quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. 5. The maximum time for using the grills is 5 hours. 6. For the cancellation of a barbecue reservation to be refundable, it must be made at least 4 days before the reserved date. 7. After using the barbecue, you must leave everything as you received it. 8. POOL HOURS: Tuesday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR MAINTENANCE. 9. ALL CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE must always be accompanied and supervised, without exception, when entering the pool. 10. No smoking, vaping, alcoholic beverages, or food in the pool area. 11. The use of a bathing suit is mandatory. When leaving the pool area, you must dry yourself and dress appropriately to walk through hallways and use elevators. 12. Management or the host is not responsible for items left by guests in common areas.
