The Berdo settlement is a place of contact with nature, picturesquely situated on the slope of Otryt and offering a spectacular view of the San River and the mountains. This is the highest farm in the village of Chmiel and an amphitheater for observing the spectacles of nature - the unspoiled nature of the Bieszczady Mountains. Our house offers a unique, tasteful, and fully equipped interior made of the highest quality natural materials. Located in the Starry Sky Park, the Berdo Settlement is the best observation point for the sky in Poland. The space Osada Berdo is a place of true respite in close contact with nature, picturesquely situated on the southern slope of Otryt, which descends to the San River. Osada Berdo is the highest located farm in the village of Chmiel and an amphitheater from which you can observe the most beautiful spectacles of nature. The stage of the theater is created by the pristine nature of the Bieszczady Mountains - a river shrouded in mist, green mountain slopes, forests and meadows - places where wolves, deer and wild boars regularly meet. Our unique wooden house, with a beautiful, expansive lawn and an observation deck, offers a spectacular view of the San River and Mount Dwernik Kamień. The original roof, which is the hallmark of the settlement, is covered with handmade larch shingles. Located within the Gwiezdne Niebo Park, Osada Berdo is the best nighttime observation point in Poland for the sky, free from artificial light pollution. Here you can see the Milky Way, constellations, colored stars, nebulae, galaxies, planets, and star clusters. For those who crave contact with wild nature, we offer expeditions into the wilderness, a survival school, and workshops in herbalism and forest crafts. An incredibly engaging attraction of Osada Berdo is cooking over a campfire - this return to primitive life is a great culinary adventure that will remain in your memory for a long time. Our house offers a fully equipped, original, tasteful, and comfortable interior for 4-5 people, created from natural materials of the highest quality.
