Room and bath room in 100 year old farmer house

Quiet room with view in our 1000m² garden. No traffic noise, because the room is located on the backyard side. The location is close to our lovely "fränkische Schweiz", a very nice nature for hiking, climbing, wellness and for beer drinkers. We have hundreds of small breweries in our area with all their specific flavours. The kitchen can be shared with us. Bed size is 2mx1.6m We offer flxible checkin/checkout time, but please contact first. It is not an apartment. It is a room and a bathroom. The space The room is in our house in which we also live - 2 Persons and 1 cat. It is a 100 year old farmer house and because of its age, not everything is always in perfect shape. We built it up over the last 20 years, without destroying the flair of the old house. Guest access The room and the separated bathroom is handled as a unit and only available to our guests. It's located on the first floor. The kitchen can be shared with us. During your stay Normally we are at home. Other things to note We do not offer breakfast. Milk, sugar, eggs, oil, vinegar, spices, etc. are available for use. The room does not have a TV. Please do not book if you are allergic to down bedding or cats. We use informal "du" with our guests. If that bothers you, please let us know. Sometimes there is a cannabis plant in the garden. Renovation 2023: The barn roof has been re-roofed and Photovoltaic panels installed.
