My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Our 94sq m home is located on 350sq m property which overlooks the Euboic Gulf. It offers gorgeous sunsets and breathtaking views from our garden! We are located at the end of the street, thus you can enjoy peace and quiet with no passing cars. Relax and take in the 180degree view, the shade and fruits of the organic apricot, pear and walnut trees and the starriest nights and summer meteor showers without the street lights! Take advantage of your barbeque with a view while you are here! Guest access The house has 2 entrances, the kitchen and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living and dining area as well as outdoor sitting area for snacks and meals. A/C units are located in the living room and master bedroom. There is a 24" TV. All rooms have a view of the sea. Water is heated by solar power and by electricity (when needed). Parking is available for 2 cars. Other things to note For practical purposes, there is a sewing kit, first aid kit, toaster, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, electric water kettle, umbrellas in case of rain, double paned windows and screens for summer season, rope to hang clothes to dry.
