Salzberg Stüberl 2 - Mountain and Lake View
Description
The space The recently renovated 68 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of the house is being offered here for the first time. Everything is lovingly maintained and designed from the outset with holiday guests in mind. This cosy apartment on the edge of the forest in Altaussee is very quiet, yet only a short walk from the village and its main points of interest. The apartment offers 4 beds across two rooms. The larger bedroom is equipped with an automatically height-adjustable king-size bed and has direct access to the balcony. From this room you look out towards the Zinken and Dachstein mountains. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as its own washbasin — practical for two couples or families. This room offers a direct view of the Trisselwand. The open-plan living kitchen is fully equipped — kitchenette, dining table, as well as sofa and armchair for spending time together. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, and from the washbasin you look out into greenery. The absolute highlight is the almost wrap-around balcony with a 270-degree panorama: Loser and Trisselwand on one side, and Zinken and Dachstein on the other. You can also see Lake Altaussee in the distance, with the impressive Tressenstein behind it. The balcony offers seating for four people, and a lounge chair invites you to relax. It is a place where you will enjoy sitting both in the morning and in the evening. Guest access Guests have access to the booked apartment on the second floor. The apartment includes a garage from which you can walk through the basement into the building. The laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and ironing board, is accessible for guests and is situated in the basement. Other things to note As required by the municipality of Altaussee, a tourist tax of 3,50€ per person and per night applies to all stays. This is not included in the nightly rate and is collected separately upon arrival.
