The space The apartment is tastefully designed with earthy tones and natural materials like wood, creating a warm and comfortable stay experience. It is fully equipped with all essential amenities, making it ideal for a relaxing stay in Nainital. One of the highlights of this lake-view apartment in Nainital is the beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy your meals, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings and scenic views. The property is located close to Mall Road, one of the most popular areas in Nainital for shopping and dining. Please note that the road from Mall Road to the property is slightly steep. Guests who are not experienced drivers may find it a bit challenging. We can also help arrange a taxi to Mall Road at an additional cost for your convenience. While it’s a pleasant 20 to 25-minute downhill walk to Mall Road, the return uphill walk can be difficult, especially for guests with mobility concerns, so taking a cab is recommended. Other things to note There will be additional charges for early check-in and late check-out -A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500. -Guests can order from Swiggy or Zomato, or from the café close to the property. -Driver accommodation facility available within the complex at rs. 700. -Taxis can be arranged. -Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -Let us know in case of early or late check-in, and we shall try our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability at an additional charge. -Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM, but we are offering a courtesy extension until 11:00 AM. However, if you need to check out later than 11:00 AM, additional fees will apply. For every half hour beyond 11:00 AM, a charge of ₹500 will be incurred. -Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay. In case of any help/hassle, do reach out to us so we can help you or mitigate the problem before you check out. -Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Guests who exhibit such behavior will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
