Villa Ammos is one of the three luxury villas of the Cedar Bay Villas complex. It is a two-storey, stone-built, detached villa with one bedroom and two bathrooms. There is direct access to two beaches. The villa owns a 32m2 swimming pool with wooden sun loungers and a private veranda with an outdoor sitting area. There is another set of private sunbeds on the beach. There are free WiFi access and a free parking area on the property. Cedar Bay Villas welcome exclusively, couples and adults (12+) The space On the ground floor, Villa Ammos has an elegant living area with two sofas, a coffee table, a modern pellet stove, wi-fi and multi-media equipment. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four adults and leads to an open-plan contemporary kitchen with modern appliances. The ground floor finishes off with a fully equipped modern bathroom. The upper floor of Villa Ammos consists of a spacious double bedroom, with stylish bed linens, designers’ artefacts and wardrobe space. The bedroom is complemented by its en-suite bathroom that follows the beautiful aesthetics of the rest of the villa. The bedroom door leads to a private terrace with stunning beach views. The villa is equipped with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and two air conditioning units used for cooling and heating. During the winter, guests can also use the pellet stove in the main living area that heats both the bedroom and the ground floor. Guest access There are three tavernas within walking distance (5') by the beach or by the road. The town of Paleochora is 5’drive from the villas. The closest supermarket is 10’walk. Apart from the Blue Flag Grammeno Beach with its pristine golden sand and lapping azure waters and the Votsalo Beach with its pebbly quiet shore and memorable waters, the area is famous for its stunning and unspoiled beaches. Anydri, Volakas, Plakaki, Krios, Keratides, Elafonissi, Kedrodasos, Limnaki are some of the numerous beaches on the coastline. Some are accessible by car, while others more secluded area only accessible by taxi boat, daily cruise boats or on foot through the European trekking path E4.
