Amazing Penthouse great location - you'll love it!

Alegria Residence - Penthouse is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located at a 4th floor of a 60´s building, located just nearby the Bolhão Metro Station, walking distance to every interesting downtown location. We finished renovating the whole building in December 2018 so you will experience a fresh apartment in a spacious, comfortable and vintage inspired apartment. The space The Penthouse is a recently redesigned spacious apartment (125 sqm), located on the 4th floor of a 60’s building, without elevator. This apartment was carefully designed as it was our home and it’s equipped with practically everything you need for your stay. At this apartment you can find 2 rooms with double-bed each and, if needed, a sofa-bed on the living room, so it’s possible to accommodate up to 6 persons. There's also 2 fully equipped bathrooms, with shower and a few amenities. The kitchen has a a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, expresso machine, toaster and kettle. There's also available a hairdryer and an iron, high speed Wi-Fi internet connection, cable TV and Netflix. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, providing you with full access to all its spaces and amenities. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and like so many buildings downtown, it has no elevator, so you should take this into account if you have trouble going up stairs and/or carrying heavy luggage. House Rules: Check-in & Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 16:00 (4 PM) onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 (11 AM). If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please don't hesitate to ask, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Luggage lockers are also available nearby for your convenience. Guest Registration: All guests staying with us must be registered. Until five days before your stay, we will send a link to collect the necessary information for each guest, including full name, ID/passport number, nationality, country of residence, and date of birth. Only those listed on this form will be permitted to access or stay in the apartment. Registration must be completed by the day before check-in and is required for access to the apartment. Cleaning rules: Daily cleaning and changes of towels or bed linens are not included during your stay. The cleaning fee charged at the reservation, includes final cleaning after check-out, a welcome pack provided at arrival, and the upkeep of all amenities and features used during your stay. If you still wish to request additional services, please note that these are available at an extra cost (towel change - €20 fee; bed linen change - €30 fee; mid-stay cleaning, towel and bed linen change included - €60). Welcome Pack: As a courtesy, we provide a selection of basic essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so we kindly recommend planning ahead and purchasing any additional supplies you may need. Sofa Bed Usage: Our main beds comfortably accommodate two people each. The sofa bed will be prepared at no extra charge only when the number of guests exceeds the total bed capacity. If your group is within that limit and still wishes to use the sofa bed, please inform us in advance — a €30 fee will apply. Family-Friendly Amenities: If you're traveling with children, we can happily provide a crib and additional essentials such as a high chair and a foldable baby bathtub, all available upon request. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building. Smoking indoors may trigger the building’s fire alarm and will result in an additional cleaning fee of €200. Quiet Hours: Kindly observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. No Parties or Additional Guests: Parties and extra guests are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Apartment Maintenance: Before leaving the apartment, please turn off all electronic devices, the AC, and close all windows, the main door, and the building door. Compliance: We kindly ask all guests to carefully read and understand these house rules, as well as our listing, before making a reservation.
