The space Mainstay Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features a king primary suite with private deck and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a full bed and twin daybed with trundle, a cozy twin sleeping nook with water views, and a private fireplace room with a double pullout sofa. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, waterfront outdoor spaces, three kayaks, a fire pit, lawn games, and a basement game room with pool table, darts, Pepper Pong, puzzles, and board games. Sleeping Arrangements Upstairs **Primary Bedroom** A spacious retreat featuring a king bed, en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub and handheld shower, cozy wood-burning stove, and private deck. **Second Bedroom** One full bed plus a daybed with twin trundle, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families. **Window Seat Nook** The twin "window seat" nook offers arguably the best view in the house. A cozy spot to curl up with a book by day and a unique sleeping space by night. Main Floor **Fireplace Room** This favorite guest room doubles as a living space and private bedroom. It features a comfortable double pullout sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and a door for privacy. --- Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook at home, including oils, spices, lobster pots, blender, mixer, pie plates, and more. Bathrooms The home offers two full bathrooms: Primary En-Suite Bathroom – Located off the primary bedroom and featuring a jacuzzi tub with handheld shower. Main Floor Bathroom – Conveniently located just off the kitchen. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your stay. While Acadia National Park is an easy drive away, you'll also find hiking, kayaking, lobster pounds, charming harbor towns, and countless local attractions within 20 minutes of the house. The decor reflects years of memories, with an eclectic mix of antiques, artwork, books, and treasures collected over time. The home is thoughtfully stocked to provide a comfortable "home away from home" experience. The owner's residence is located above the detached garage. Guests have exclusive use of the house, yard, decks, and outdoor amenities during their stay. Two friendly dogs also live in the owner's residence. They may occasionally be seen coming and going but will be kept on leash and will not be using the guest yard or outdoor spaces. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
