This townhouse of the Domaine de la Griffe, old farm completely renovated, will charm you with its comfort and elegance in a very quiet environment at 1000 m altitude. You can enjoy the garden. Its privileged location between city and mountain will satisfy all desires: 10 min drive from La Roche s/ Foron and all its amenities and 5 min walk from hiking trails. You will also be 30 minutes from Annecy or Geneva and 45 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts. The space On the ground floor of the house, you will have a large kitchen, a living/dining room, toilet and access to a private terrace. On the 1st floor, you will have 2 large bedrooms for 2 to 4 people, each with a shower room. On the 2nd floor, you will have the 3rd large bedroom for 2 people. Please note that this room is an attic room and currently has no window (pending redoing of the roof). Guests also have access to the garden and playground of the Domaine.
