Cozy house 15 minutes from Gothenburg and Liseberg

In a quiet and family-friendly area close to swimming, nature, Gothenburg and Landvetter airport, you will find this cozy house. 100 meters from the house is public transport that easily takes you into Gothenburg with, among other things, Liseberg, Ullevi and restaurants. In Landvetter, there is a lovely swimming area with paddle tennis courts, mini golf and ice cream café. Two large grocery stores and a bakery. Open the door and step in! The house has a bright and open floor plan with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with space for 8 people. The space The villa consists of three spacious floors with good social areas. The entrance floor has a spacious hall with storage for outerwear. Directly adjacent to the hall, you will find a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor, there is also the house's laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. One floor up, you step into the living room with sofa and TV. The open floor plan then takes you all the way to the kitchen. Through the kitchen, you can step out onto the spacious patio. The patio has everything you need in the form of a dining area and barbecue. On the third floor is the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. There is also the house's second bathroom with two showers. Possibility of an extra bed in the form of a foldable extra bed (80 cm) and a foldable crib. The house has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill and a lawn with a trampoline. Two highchairs for small children are available to borrow, as well as four highchairs for slightly older children. The bus to Gothenburg often goes from Salmered or Landvetter C and if you do not want to take the bus, it takes about 15 minutes by car to Gothenburg city center. Guest access The entire villa is rented out. Other things to note Cleaning is done by and is the responsibility of those who rent. If a cleaning fee has been paid, cleaning is included. Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Cleaning equipment is available. NOTE: Bed sheets and towels are not provided but are brought by the person renting the accommodation.
