The Old Forge Annexe is a walker's or artist's retreat. A cosy private annexe to our country cottage with fabulous views over the village green. It is very peaceful and you will wake to the sound of birdsong not traffic. The village is one of the highest points in Suffolk so there are lots of fantastic walks nearby. Escape to our rural idyll and relax knowing that the bustling and pretty market town of Bury St Edmunds is only 15 minutes drive away. The space Coffee, tea, sugar provided. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and one-ring hob. For other meals there is the very well regarded village country pub The Queens Head just two minutes walk away (check their website for which days they serve food) and our local town Bury St Edmunds has lots of different cafes and both chain and independent restaurants for all tastes.
