The space The house has a very comfortable layout in two heights, ideal for perfectly organizing your stay: 🏠 First Floor (Social Zone and Accessibility) Bedroom 1: A comfortable double room on this floor, ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs. Bathroom Complete 1: Modern and functional, perfect for serving this bedroom, the social area and access to the patio. Living/Living Room: Wide and warm space, perfect for gathering all of you to chat, watch a movie, or share a good meal. Kitchen: Practical and equipped for everyday use (hob, microwave and refrigerator; note: no oven). Direct access to the patio: Direct connection to the outdoor area from this same floor. 🛏️ Second Floor (Main Break Area) 4 Spacious bedrooms: Very bright rooms, prepared with comfortable beds and storage space for optimal rest. Bathroom Complete 2: A large and full bathroom to give a comfortable and independent service to the rooms of this apartment. 🌳 El Patio Trasero (Tu oasis privata) Definitely the favorite corner of our guests. A completely private and exclusive patio that has a fantastic pool and barbecue area. It's the ideal place to refresh yourself after a day of sightseeing by Toledo, organize a grilled meal in a group, soak up the sun relaxed, or enjoy a quiet dinner outdoors under the stars. 🚗 Parking information Parking on the same street as the house can be tricky due to the structure of the village. However, this will not be a problem for your arrival: just 50 meters from the house there is an area with quite a lot of parking available where you can leave the vehicles easily and quickly. 📋 House and Coexistence Rules We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, always from the respect of the environment that surrounds us: Guest profile: We are looking exclusively for quiet groups and families who come to rest, disconnect, and tourism. The house is not suitable for parties, bachelor parties or similar events. Neighbors Rest: We are in a very quiet residential neighborhood. To ensure the well-being of the community, it is not allowed to make noise, voice or play music in the outdoor areas (patio and pool) after 11 pm. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and mutual respect. Pets: We love animals, but to ensure maximum cleanliness and comfort for all our guests (especially those with allergies), we do not allow pets or companion animals on the property. We really appreciate your understanding! Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property. The house is designed to offer maximum comfort and total privacy in every corner: The Backyard (Your private oasis): The star space of the house, for your group's exclusive use. It has a fantastic swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing, a sunbathing area for relaxing, and a barbecue that's perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Full Climate Control: To ensure your maximum comfort at any time of year, all rooms have individual air conditioners with a cold/heat pump. You can adjust the temperature to your liking in both the summer and winter months. Living-Dining Room: A spacious, bright and very cozy place, equipped with comfortable sofas and a large table for all of you to gather to share dinners, conversations or movie nights. Equipped Kitchen: A practical and functional space with everything you need for your daily breakfasts and meals (it has a ceramic stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and refrigerator; note: it does not have an oven). Five Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms: Strategically distributed on two levels. The first floor has a bedroom (ideal for avoiding stairs) and a full bathroom. On the second floor are the other four spacious bedrooms and the second full bathroom, ensuring the comfort and privacy of the entire group. Other things to note Parking: The house is located in a street of typical village structure where direct parking at the gate can be tricky. But no worries! Just 50 meters from the house (less than a minute walk) you have a large area with enough free parking where you can leave your vehicles comfortably, quickly and without complications during the entire stay. You can stop for a moment at the door to unload your bags in comfort before parking.
