FeWo Cäcilia in the idyllic »Haus Kommeles«

The idyllic "Haus Kommeles" is a former farmer's and winegrower's house made of carved Devonschiefer in the style of an Ernhaus, which was built from 1925 in the typical Moselle-Franconian style. The Cäcilia apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is located on the separate top floor of the house. It is completely independently usable and consists of 2 large bedrooms with 4 single beds, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and roof balcony, as well as a living room with an additional single bed. The space Old, but not old-fashioned -- that is the motto for our cozy country house-style accommodation. Among other things, a fast Internet connection with 120 Mbit/s plus Wi-Fi with HotSpot, as well as an HD satellite TV are available. Some selected family heirlooms give the accommodation a very special and homely flair. 1 or 2 bedrooms can be booked for 1 to 4 people. Please note that if the two bedrooms are used by individuals, a surcharge of €10 per night will be due. An additional single bed is available in the living room for another guest, which is charged at €10 per night when occupied. The vacation apartment is located on the front side of a quiet street in the "upper village" of Leiwen and is approx. 400 meters from the town center and the Moselle. The two bedrooms, the dining room and the semi-open roof balcony are located on the rear and very quiet south side of the house, which is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawns and bushes. In the courtyard there are 2 free parking spaces for vehicles. If necessary and for an additional fee, a protected garage space in the former barn can also be rented. Guest access In the house, there are two rental apartments on the ground and mezzanine floors. These residential units have a common access through the internal staircase. Please note that the terrace on the ground floor, the garden and lawn area in front of it and the commercial areas of the house are not accessible to guests of the apartment.
