A renovated barn in an idyllic Cotswold village

Hollymount barn is a 2 bedroom dwelling which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 toilet/shower rooms. It is situated in the picturesque Cotswold village of Ashton Under Hill and located in the grounds of the owners house - Hollymount. The barn dates back to the 19th century and was originally used to store the horse and cart for the dairy which Hollymount used to be. The barn has been completely renovated in 2019. Features such as original barn and hayloft doors have been incorporated. The space There is a separate patio area at the back of the barn for guests’ use with a table and 4 chairs. We welcome children over the age of 10 years but the owners do not wish for ball games etc in the garden. There is a playing field with a children’s play area and tennis courts 200 yards away down a very quiet lane. There is a parking space for one car in the drive and room for storing bikes in the garage. If guests arrive in more than one car it is very safe to park one car on the road. No dogs allowed. Guest access We try to greet all our guests personally but if we can’t do this there is a key box and we will give details of this a few days before arrival Other things to note There are two tennis courts very close to the property that are free to use . Bring your own rackets and balls about wish to use the courts .
