Wooden hideaway near forest and beach

Have a lovely stay in this simple, cozy wooden house on a park, 5 minutes cycle from dune-village Schoorl. The dunes can be seen from the park! Perfect for a couple, or a family of max 4. There's a nice sunny outside area to enjoy meals and relax. Forest, dunes and beaches are all around. Most that is worthwhile can be reached by (E-)bike. Our lovely cat Mien lives here too, she goes her own way (see more info further down). Please note: bikes in the pictures will not be there. The space It's a small house, yet everything is in place. The living room feels spaceous and light. There's a couch that seats 3, and a chair from the dinner table can be used to watch tv with 4 people. The dinner table inside seats four people comfortably. The TV is on wheels and can be pulled out from the side to watch from the couch. The main bedroom has a comfortable queensize (160-200) bed and hanging space for clothes as well as drawers under the bed. An insect screen can be pulled down when the window is open. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with two comfortable normal size matresses. There is space for clothing storage in one of three drawers. There is an insect screen that can be placed in for of the open window. The bathroom is small, and has a toilet, spaceous shower and of course a sink with space to put things down, and space to store some of your items. There is no separate toilet. The kitchen has everything, except a dishwasher and a freezer. It does have a refrigerator of course. There is an extra refrigerator + freezer in the small shed outside that can be used for extra groceries and things you'd like to freeze. There is one room not for use. This room is used to store our personal things. However, the washing machine in there is accessible, and may be used if necessary. Wet laundry can be hung to dry outside on the laundry-mill. The outside area is nice and sunny. There's a table that seats four people. There are two chairs with pillows and a bench. There is a big, fixed parasol that provides shade during the day. We usually don't use the front door. We go in and out through the garden gate into the house through the garden doors. Guest access There is one room by the front door that is used for storage of personal things and not for use, except for the washing machine that is in there. The garden shed is filled with personal stuff and used for storage, yet the large refrigerator is accessible and can be used. There are certain drawers and parts in the wardrobe closets in the bedrooms that will stay closed for personal use. However, there will be plenty of space for clothes-storage. Other things to note Important to know, our cat Mien lives here too. She needs food twice a day and water once a day. Dry food in the morning, wet food in the evening. Times can vary slightly to adjust your schedule. She loves a cuddle, she's quiet and goes her own way. She can get in and out of the house though a cat flap in the front door. She finds a spot to sleep in a chair or on the couch. If you don't want her in the bedroom simply close the bedroom door. There are two out of three weeks that Justine lives next door. Within this period she could take care of Mien when you are away, if that helps.
