Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests across 3 comfortable bedrooms: **Primary Bedroom (1st Floor): A serene retreat with a Queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. **Bedroom 2 (2rd Floor): Perfect for kids, with Double bed and twin bed. **Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen-size bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Weather-related events are generally not covered by our cancellation policy, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at booking for peace of mind. The maximum Occupancy of the house will be followed and exceeding the occupancy max may result in removal from the property. 2. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. If the property has been found to be smoked in, a $1,000.00 fee will be assessed. If guest chooses to smoke outside, all cigarette/cigar butts must be removed off property. 3. The home is equipped with an exterior video camera/s in the exterior of the property for security purposes. By reserving this property, you are giving property manager and owner express consent to the recording and videotaping while on the property. 4. A Security deposit is required and access codes will not be released until received. An external link is provided to supply the deposit information. 5. No animals are allowed on the property. 6. Guests assume all responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or liabilities arising from the use of the hot tub during their stay Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and its private amenities for the duration of their stay.
