The living-dining room in the house with an open kitchen and bar is spacious and nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. From the covered outdoor terrace (approx 45m2) you have a great view of the Bay of Roses and the large pool terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area invite you to relax. The property is completely fenced. There is a parking lot on the property for one car and enough space for bicycles and motorbikes. There are also parking spaces in front of the house.
