My family-friendly and historic thatched cottage is located between the popular North Sea beaches Büsum and Sankt Peter-Ording - in rural idyll. The location is an ideal base for exploring Dithmarschen and Eiderstedt. My cottage is cozy in all seasons! We have lovingly furnished our cottage under thatched roofs - in the hope that you and your family will feel comfortable. A large garden is included. Plus, fiber optic connection and streaming platforms. The space I rent our cottage for 4 people. A washing machine and fast internet for workation seekers (fiber optic connection) can also be used. Important: I am also in our cottage a lot with my two children, so you will always find one or the other food from us in the utility room that you can take if necessary. Upon departure, the loan should be refilled. Since I have two small children myself, the whole house and garden are very child-friendly. In the house itself we have a play kitchen, a large assortment of Lego blocks, a wooden railway, a play tent, lots of puzzles, books, children's CDs and games. In the garden there is a large trampoline, a table tennis table, two swings and a very large sandbox including a dotted kitchen. Another highlight is a large Kettcar with trailer, a children's bike, bodycar and plenty of outdoor toys. We will store the key in the key safe by arrangement, so that you can enter the house directly upon arrival. A parking space (including carport) directly at the house is at your disposal. Since our daughter is allergic herself, unfortunately we are unable to host pets. Additional costs? - Electricity, heating and water are included in the rental price - towels & bed sheets are also included - Final cleaning is additionally calculated (on Airbnb). Streaming platforms: - Netflix - Amazon Prime Video - Apple TV - Disney+ - RTL + - Magenta TV Topic of e-mobility: At the moment, there is no charging option for your e-cars at your disposal. We kindly ask you to visit a public Speedcharger in Heide or Weddingstedt. Right now, we're working on a solution. Please do not install cables from windows or doors to charge a car! Our power distribution is not prepared for charging electric cars! Unfortunately, party groups do not fit us! Guest access You will receive the key on site without having to contact us. However, we are always available for you by phone. You can park in the carport or on the driveway. In the house there is a folder with everything you need to know about the house. Other things to note Our house is a thatched roof house. This means a wonderful indoor climate, silence in the wind and rain, but also one or the other spider. Spiders are important because they keep other parasites away from the roof. In addition, open fire is prohibited up to a distance of 200 meters. Please do not make campfires for bread on a stick. The gas grill under the shelter can of course be used. I am a fan of sustainability and am currently considering how and whether to buy a smart wallbox. At the moment, they do not exist and charging via the house power connection can lead to heating of the cables and thus to overloading and fire hazard! We live under thatch - that actually says it all:-) Therefore, we ask you very much, if you want to charge an electric car, to stick to the fast charging stations in the area.
