A stylish lakefront cottage with a private pier and beautiful nature views. A perfect place for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. The space The wooden cottages are designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for families and groups. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area combined with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests have access to a large refrigerator, gas cooktop, dishwasher, tableware, cutlery, pots, and all essential kitchen equipment for preparing meals. The living area features two comfortable sofas, a TV with extended channel options, and an audio system. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor, equipped with a toilet, shower cabin, and sink. Hot water is provided by a boiler. Guests can also use a large mirror, shelves, and hangers. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: – a spacious bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed, dressers, bedside tables, and seating, – a second bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm beds, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. There is also a built-in wardrobe located between the bedrooms. The attic offers additional sleeping space with two 90 × 200 cm beds and bedside tables. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire house throughout your stay. Check-in is from 6:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The piers and common areas of the property are shared with other guests. Other things to note The house is located on a spacious 5,000 m² plot with direct access to the shoreline. There are two similar houses and one apartment on the property. Please park only in the designated area. If you plan to fry fish, kindly let us know in advance – we will provide a dedicated outdoor cooker. This helps keep the interior fresh so that future guests can enjoy the natural scent of wood. Please do not smoke on the piers.
