The rooms have shared bathrooms, except for one that has a private bathroom. No parties allowed. It's a place to unwind and relax. On the property, in an adjoining cottage, there is a man with two wonderful dogs who lives there year-round. After 10:00 PM, you must respect the neighbors' sleep because there is another townhouse next door, and the neighbors are bothered by noise. Rooms that are available at the time of booking will be assigned The space There are 5 rooms, two large ones that can accommodate 4 people, with a private bathroom - The main bedroom, the largest one, has a private bathroom and air conditioning. -The upper attic room has air conditioning and the bathroom is in the hallway - The three rooms on the lower floor are cooler and do not need air conditioning, but if requested, we can provide a fan. They have a shared bathroom next to the shared kitchen. There are two houses on the property. The smaller one has 2 bedrooms and is occupied year-round by an English gentleman and his two wonderful dogs. Guest access The common areas are the bathrooms, the large living room, the barbecue area, the kitchen, the laundry room, the pool, and the outdoor area. No parties are allowed, and guests must keep quiet and respect others' sleep. If you have any questions, please ask before booking. You can count on us or send a message, and we will send someone right away to take care of your needs. Other things to note - Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. -Pets are subject to an additional charge based on their size. - No person who is not identified will be allowed to enter. - Parties and bachelor parties are prohibited. - Any violation of the house rules will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
