Hidden Gem

Have fun with the whole family in this spacious detached house set away from the main road and easy access to Grenville, the main fishing town in Grenada. Levera Beach is a 40 min drive where you can witness the Giant Leatherback Turtles laying their eggs (April-June) or visit the Sulphur Springs a 25 min drive. 15 min drive to Mount Carmel Falls. There is a lovely walk from the house with views over Grenville and a walk along the working beach into town. The space A detached three bedroom house 2 double bedrooms and 1 Queen Ensuite. There is large living area and mezzanine. All these spaces are equipped with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms one of which is ensuite. In addition is a dining room, large kitchen with all necessary appliances and utility room. At the back is another veranda with a table and benches for alfresco dining. Other things to note I am in the process of making improvements, such as fitting a new kitchen and new showers in each bathroom. Your feedback would always be appreciated.
