In the Perche/Normandy region, the Le Moulin en Route water mill is hidden away, a paradise. A perfect stopover on the way to the south or to enjoy your holiday. You will stay in a room with a double bed + top deck. Next to the room: bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet. You have your own entrance. The garden offers seating areas, an orchard and a canopy with outdoor kitchen for breakfast, dinner or BBQ. Close to the N12/A28. The child sleeps on the sofa bed with extra mattress. The space Room 'White' is located on the 1st floor with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be transformed into a good bed. The bathroom is next door. On the ground floor is the guest living room with TV and fireplace and dining room. The kitchen is for shared use, and available for cozy sitting at the large dining table. Breakfast is also prepared for you here and - if you can book it - a dinner or barbecue. The entire site is also freely available to guests. There are seats everywhere by the water, including at the orchard and the Poplar Forest. The mill has a small lake with a lock and waterfall. The mill house is located on the edge of the hamlet of Bléves in the Perche region with lots of greenery, in fact an oasis of peace in the rolling scenic landscape of the French department of Sarthe, close to Normandy. Nearby are two natural parks and the cities of Alençon and Le Mans, known for the 13.65 km long 'Circuit de la Sarthe' circuit, which takes place annually in the second weekend of June. The area is suitable for more sporting activities: canoeing, walking, cycling and horse riding, for example. There are also fantastic castle routes and beautiful cathedrals to see. Guest access You have your own entrance to your bedroom. You can use the living room and dining room and you can sit in the kitchen. The entire garden is for the guests to enjoy. You can park for free behind the electric fence. There are also security cameras here. There is room for 3 cars/s. You can also park safely in the parking lot in the small village. When you return from a wedding, please park your car in the parking lot in the village. During your stay Upon arrival you will receive a tour of the mill and a welcome drink.
