The space This apartment is on the outskirts of the tourist town of Workum, within walking distance of the beach. It exudes peace and quiet. Meadows, the IJsselmeer, open water (boat and canoes at your disposal), the beach, cozy city center with good restaurants, nice terraces, variety of shops. Everything is there. Extremely suitable to get into holiday mode! There are plenty of flyers, brochures and tips in the Loft! Shopping is very good in Workum, but Sneek, Leeuwarden, Harlingen or Zwolle are also recommended! Even Amsterdam is just over an hour's drive away. Guest access Guests have their own Loft with its own entrance. Large new, unique dining kitchen on the ground floor; with fridge with freezer compartment, two coffee machines, 4-burner induction cooker and air fryer. Beautiful, fresh bathroom and toilet. Central heating & fan. Shared washing machine, dryer and drying rack. Waterfront terrace with cozy seats, BBQ (with pizza stone) and the possibility to make a fire. There is a motorboat (vlet) and there are two canoes to use. From the apartment you can 'sail' into the city center or experience the silence of the surrounding nature. The Loft is a unique mix of colors, atmosphere and individuality. Other things to note The stairs to the Loft are not suitable for older people (or people with difficulty walking). There is a stair railing on one side of the stairs and a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
