Warm, eclectic two bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. Sleeps 4 comfortably, plus there is a pull out bed in the living room for a 5th guest (best for children). Full kitchen, hot tub, 100Mb wifi, excellent location just 3/4 of a mile easy walk to beautiful downtown Leavenworth. Two bedrooms and bath upstairs. Downstairs living room with two couches, one that folds down into a double bed, half bath, and full kitchen. Comfy mattresses with down comforters make for a cozy stay. Kitchen comes with basic supplies like pots, pans and utensils, ready for you to cook. Cozy electric fireplace and wall heat in every for the chilly winters; on hot summer days stay cool with one AC unit downstairs in the kitchen, and an AC unit in each upstairs bedroom. There is also a fan. Outdoor patio has a shared hot tub to enjoy looking up at the stars. Covered parking for one car. The whole house is yours, easily accessible with a key code no matter what time of day you arrive. We live right up the road and have all the knowledge you could need about the area, just ask! Located just 3/4 of a mile west of downtown, right next door to the new Adventure Park, and an easy 5-10 minute walk on flat sidewalks to town. Or better yet, take the scenic route and walk through beautiful Waterfront Park to town. If you don't want to drive or walk to town, there is a local taxi service and a few Uber drivers. Winter weather policy: Getting here in the winter requires driving over a mountain pass. A 4wd or Awd vehicle is recommended. The best place to find current weather updates and road conditions is the Washington state Department of Transportation (WSDOT). Regardless whether a storm is in the forecast they recommend all cars carry chains this time of year. Due to the nature of our location, we cannot offer refunds during storms unless both passes are closed. A note about the cleaning fee: Yes, we have a cleaning fee that is sometimes almost the price of a night stay. This is the actual fee our cleaning company charges us, and is the reality of the times. Leavenworth, as many other communities, is in a labor shortage, and paying our cleaners an excellent competitive wage is the only way we can insure this operation runs as intended. We do understand many travelers are on a budget and are proud to offer one of the most affordable two bedroom stays per night in town.
