Modern 80-square-meter apartment, ideal for 4 people, located on the 1st floor of a building in the ancient Corte dei Bottai, a short walk from Piazza del Duomo. The property is located in the heart of Ortigia (ZTL), among architectural wonders and typical restaurants. The courtyard has recently been renovated and recalls the original archaic Greek urban and road system, which is based on the Corinthian style. The decor is characterized by both typical objects of the local tradition and contemporary elements. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, microwave, four induction burners, refrigerator - freezer), smart TV (connected to the Internet - NO cable channels), air conditioner and sofa; - SLEEPING AREA with two single sofa beds and air conditioner; - BEDROOM with double bed, TV, chest of drawers, bedside tables, chest of drawers, desk, 2 chairs, large window overlooking the courtyard, open hangers, air conditioner; - BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps, hairdryer, free wifi, iron. Towels and bed linen are provided to our guests. WARNING: - To access the apartment from the courtyard, you need to climb a private external staircase of 20 steps; - The property is located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We will be happy to arrange early check-ins, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing guests, but to ensure the best service it is not possible to arrange late check-outs. We can help you with any luggage storage needs by recommending an affiliated facility.
