River View Cottage

River View is a cosy and comfortable cottage tucked away in a peaceful hamlet, with beautiful views of the River Kent and fells beyond. Well-placed for leisurely strolls or runs along the riverside to Staveley and a great base for days out in the Lake District (just a ten minute drive to Windermere). The space River View has: - a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling; - a smaller bunk room; - a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, with all modern amenities including oven, elecrtic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster; - sitting room with television (with Sky TV); - bathroom with shower; - a front porch area which can be used for hanging wet boots and coats, and for storing bikes; - space for one car to park outside the property; - wifi. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note Guests will need a car as the property is in a rural location, with very little public transport in the area. Pets are not allowed in this property.
