Kingsize Bed with Ensuite in Kegworth Nr Airport.

I have a lovely ensuite master bedroom available to guests in my semi-detached home positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a modern, cosy feel with very comfortable king bed, tv (fire stick), tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge & work space/dress table. Kegworth is a great village with takeaways, pubs/cafes, close to East Mids Airport, Donington Pk, easy access to M1 & is situated between cities Leicester, Nottingham & Derby. Not far from the Peak District, Charnwood Forest & countryside. Guest access The dining room and kitchen is currently not accessible for guests, but use of microwave if required as well as cutlery, plates etc. Self check in is available and you are free to come and go making use of the key safe. During your stay I run my own business, but I'm often around for questions/socialise or help with local info. Equally happy if you prefer to be left in peace Other things to note My house is very close and directly on the airport flight path. So please expect some plane noise. ✈️ Breakfast is not included in the room rate but I can offer a simple continental breakfast for £6.25 per person. Please let me know at least 2 days before your arrival if you would like this option. I’ll also need to know if there any dietary requirements. Breakfast with be delivered to your room in our breakfast basket. The bedroom has a mini fridge and my microwave is available for guests to use. All other areas are private. The room is en-suite so you are not having to share bathroom facilities.
