Studio apartment in Ikskile with terrace

This is a special space filled with love, gratitude and heartful atmosphere. I conduct my body connection therapy sessions here. I have put my heart into this studio, and I welcome people who share similar values to stay here in peace. Please be aware that alcohol or smoking is not alowed in property. The space I live on the second floor. If you need anything or require assistance, you can reach me by SMS. This space is dedicated to bodywork and wellbeing. For that reason, alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not permitted on the property during your stay. Please return the keys and remote to the lockbox every time you leve property to avoid loss. In case of key lose, penality is 80€ Keys comes with gate remote to the property. A new bathroom is under construction where laundry facilities will be available. If you need anything washed, I’m happy to help using my washer—just send me a message. The fire pit is available only on the other side of the house in my garden. Your side of the house is too close to the building and isn’t safe for fires. For safety reasons, the use of candles is not permitted. The neighbor’s property is next to your terrace. They are usually away most of the time. Guest access You can use the entire first floor except the massage room, which is reserved for bodywork. I’m happy to offer any of my sessions if you’re interested. While the studio is booked by you, I won’t hold sessions or massages during your stay. You may use the small black terrace shown in the photos. If you’d like to use the opposite side of the house, contact me and we can arrange a bubble bath or sauna for an additional fee. Two bicycles are available to rent as well. Additional services: Sauna €80 Hot tub €80 Bicycle rent €20/day Other things to note The house is located 2km away from Ikšķile beach beside the Daugava River. Nearby, you’ll find two excellent places to dine: “Pludmale” “Darza” and one restaurant “Brandins” In Latvia famous Ikskile’s icecreem. “XChills” If you love burgers, check out Uguns Cafe in Ikskile city center. They’re famous and are Latvia’s burger competition winners (Latvian Burger Champions in 2022 and 2025). (55-minute walk / 13-minute bike ride / 5-minute drive) Try Rūberts Bakery, located next to the train station. Their famous cakes are a local must-try. For nature lovers: Protected nature park - Zilie kalni close and ideal for short nature walks, views, and outdoor activity. A network of trails from 200 m to 3 km for walking and sports. In winter, you can rent skis for cross‑country skiing. In summer, electric bicycles are available to enjoy the trails. A 30‑meter wooden observation tower opened in 2013 at the highest point; on clear days you can see Riga and get a great view of the Daugava River. Dubkalnu reservoir with very clear water, good for swimming/diving; there are changing rooms and toilets in season. Mostly coniferous forests on oses, a Natura 2000 habitat; 18 protected plant species, 6 protected bird species, and several protected insects live here.
