The hot tub is also protected by a cover that is too heavy for a child to operate. The home is cleaned with all natural cleaning products, all shampoos soaps and sundry cleaning items left for our guests are also natural products. There are several paved and unpaved Trails close by for long walks and bicycle rides around the community and in the hills for gravel or mountain bike riding DEDICATED WORK SPACE: There is a dedicated workspace with a desk on the lower level. WiFi service is in excess of 500mbps download speed MODERN CONVENIENCES: A full size washer and dryer is conveniently located on the main floor near the primary ensuite. You’ll also find a blender and crock pot tucked away. WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. LOCATION: We are located in the Exclusive Benloch Ranch neighborhood off highway 32 along the south shore of Jordanelle Reservoir. The Benloch Ranch neighborhood a short 10 min drive to the new Deer Valley's new East Village. Park City proper is 22 minutes away. Sundance is 40 minutes away. Deer Valley is a world renown ski resort that is one of the largest in North America. Deer Valley does not allow Snowboarding. Park City is also a world renown ski resort with two two sections with skiing and snowboarding for all ability levels. As amazing as the winters are, the summers are even better and this home is the perfect hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible. INSECTS/ETC: Deer Valley is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking. Guest access You will have access to the entire home with the exception of several locked off storage closets. The property has a reasonable amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily. Other things to note The Deer Valley resort is currently going through the largest ski area expansion in North America. As such construction is everywhere and Benloch Ranch is no exception. You will see construction activity in the neighborhood and may have to deal with detours and delays all throughout the area.
