Long stays at "Villa Pancho"

These are rooms with shared bathrooms, except for one that has a private bathroom, and they can sleep four people. No parties are allowed. It is a place to relax in peace. There's a small house attached to the property, and a man with two wonderful dogs lives there all year round. After 10 p.m., you have to respect other people's sleep, because there is another terraced house and the neighbours are bothered by the noise. There is a surcharge for rooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The space There are 7 rooms: Two large rooms that can sleep up to 4 people - The main room, the largest at 40 square metres, has a private bathroom and air conditioning. (This room has a supplement of €10 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.) - The upper attic room has air conditioning, and the bathroom is in the corridor. It can be shared or private, depending on occupancy. - The five rooms on the lower floor are cooler and don't need air conditioning, but we can provide a fan on request. They have a shared bathroom next to the shared kitchen. There's a washing machine available for an extra charge. There are two houses on the property. The smaller one has two bedrooms and is occupied all year round by an English gentleman and his two wonderful dogs. The outdoor kitchen, bathroom, living room, barbecue, garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, etc. are shared. Guest access The common areas are the bathrooms, the lounge, the barbecue, the kitchen, the laundry room, the pool and the outside area. Parties are not allowed, and guests must keep quiet and respect other people's sleep. If you have any questions, please ask before booking. You can count on us or send a message and we'll immediately send someone to attend to your needs. Other things to note - Pets may not be brought without prior authorisation. - There is a supplement for pets, depending on their size. - It's forbidden to enter any of them unidentified person. - It is forbidden to hold parties or stag/hen dos - Any breach of the house rules will result in the loss of the deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
