The space OUTSIDE: You will have access to a private hot tub at the back of the home, two acres of forested land, a covered porch with swing & mountain views, a deck off the dining room with a BBQ and outdoor dining set, small front lawn and corn hole, ample parking for three vehicles and EV charging ports available on the garage (both Level 1- 120V/30A and Level 2- 240V/50A). INSIDE: This is a 3-story home and is accessible only by stairs. On the first floor, where you enter the home is a small family game room and a bathroom. The game room includes a puzzle table, wall mounted giant Scrabble and Blokus, Ring-the Bull, Twister, and more! On the main floor is a well equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishwater, flatware, waffle iron, blender, mixer, and immersion blender. We also provide you with coffee grounds for your first pot, as well as plenty of cream & sugar. There is seating at the breakfast bar as well as a dining table & chairs in the adjacent dining room. The deck opens off the dining area, where you will find a BBQ and outdoor dining table & chairs. The living room has cozy seating, an electric fire place, Smart TV, a library of DVDs and a DVD player. Off the kitchen, you will find Bedroom 2 with a Queen sized bed, a full bathroom with tub, and laundry closet with washer and dryer. On the top floor is an open loft, which also serves as Bedroom 1. This spacious suite has a King sized bed, computer work space, and a large full bath with walk-in shower adjoining. You will walk up a flight of stone steps to the porch, where you will enter the home using a keypad lock. The house has three stories, and you will enter through the basement into a small recreation & games room. There is a bathroom on this floor as well. Up one flight of stairs is the kitchen, living and dining rooms, outdoor dining deck, laundry, and a Queen guest bedroom & bathroom. Up yet another flight of stairs is the second bedroom, which is loft style and adjacent to a large primary bath. This room has a King sized bed, computer work station, and access to the back deck and hot tub.
