You will be welcomed with a small hamper, including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits (if you have special requests for champagne, wine chocolates or flowers, just let the owners know). Situated in the rural village of Croft, with lots of lovely villages close by, these being Woodall Spa, Horncastle, Wainfleet (home to Bateman’s Brewery), Burgh le Marsh and Friskney. Only an hour away from the historic city of Lincoln and its beautiful cathedral, and which has a great Christmas market too. Other historic villages include Louth, Market Rasen and the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. If you fancy the seaside for fun and amusements, you have Skegness just 3 miles away. Gibralter Point, the seal sanctuary and beautiful beaches at Anderby Creek are just 12 miles away. There are lots of lovely walks, cycle routes, fishing and golf close by and the Embassy Theatre with lots of great shows all year round. Beach 2½ miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
