Lambourn Village -double room & 2nd room available

Large double room (with TV) in detached house, in the village of Lambourn. We have 2 lg double rooms & can host up to 4 people ( link to 2nd room below) Tea/coffee in rooms, WiFi. Central Lambourn and 5 min drive from Sheepdrove and stable visits. The space Pretty light and bright double room in a detached house. We're based in a quiet Close, just a 2 minute walk from the High Street. The quiet bedroom overlooks the front garden, and has a flat screen TV in the room. The room is on a separate side of the house to our room, with the bathroom and wc right next to it. It has a double bed, with a small desk area/vanity area, with a mirror and chair. There is plenty of space for your belongings and clothes, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a modern shared bathroom, with a bath, large shower cubicle and wc. This bathroom is only shared with guests in another room ( if booked) Neil and I live alone in the house - our 4 girls are grown up and live away from home now. We have 2 double rooms available, which are next to each other, so useful for friends or families. Link to 2nd room on Air bnb - www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/14871614?s=51 Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom, and the guest bathroom ( shared with guests in the 2nd room ( if booked - it's rare we have both rooms booked so it's usually your own bathroom and wc) - we have an en suite). There is also a large kitchen with an island and stools, with a TV, and you're welcome to use this too, for eating or cooking. Also feel free to use the fridge. There is garden all round the house, with different seating areas, and you're welcome to sit in that too, and use either the gas or charcoal BBQ in the warmer months! During your stay We're happy to interact with guests, but are very pleased to respect your privacy too. We both work full time, but will be around when you are here, so can support you. We can of course give you lots of useful local information. Other things to note Check in and out at weekends: More flexibility for later check out and earlier check in at weekends. Breakfast: Not included or available There is a guest fridge that you can use and so if you'd like anything specific please feel free to bring it. There are also 2/3 places to get a nice cooked brekkie in the village. Our dog: We have a labrador dog called Monty. He doesn't go upstairs in the house, so won't bother you in your room, but will be in the communal areas. If you're here for more than a night in the weekdays he will be in the house with you and we may be at work. He is no trouble and very friendly though! Parking: Depending on the number of cars there is parking on the gated drive. Otherwise, parking in the close outside.
