A short 10 minute drive to the Market Town of Chesterfield, with many bars, cafes, shops & cinema. Or 15 minute drive to Bakewell and other Peak District attractions. The Cow Shed is a luxury property, recently restored and converted to a very high standard which is available as a 1 bedroom property, with a hot tub. The space The Cow Shed is a separate one bedroom, single story property with its own door and living space. All based on Dale House Farm. The property has private on site parking, a porched area by the front door taking you into a hallway. On your right is a bathroom with walk in shower and one bedroom with triple wardrobes. To your left of the hallway is an open plan living / dining and kitchen area. French doors to rear open onto a private fully covered outside area with hot tub, seating and breakfast bar over looking the countryside. Through a lockable door there is a small open air terrace, equipped with a fire pit which can be lit (and cooked on) for cosy evenings or bbq during the daytimes. Guest access The Cow Shed adjoins Dale House Farm but is a completely separate, self-contained holiday property. There are no internal connecting doors, and The Cow Shed has its own entrance and designated private outdoor area. Guests can use all of the internal property, with exclusive access to your own enclosed outdoor area - featuring a private hot tub, ample seating and an open air fire pit area for cosy evenings or a sunny bbq. The outdoor space has a communal field to the rear which is shared with Dale House Farm. Both properties sit within 4 acres of land with beautiful countryside views to the rear. We do ask all guests respect each others privacy and The Cow Shed guests not to walk around the whole footprint of the property. All are welcome to use the field at your leisure, if walking dogs please keep on a lead at all times. Other things to note Dale House Farm and The Cow Shed are on shared grounds. Both properties are self contained and private. This booking is for The Cow Shed only. Dale House Farm may be occupied by other guests. However both properties can be booked together, subject to availability.
