Our houses are clean, spacious and open-plan for dining. Kitchens are stocked, towels are provided and every bedroom has freshly laundered bedding. Our homes are next door to each other and share a huge rear garden. They are a fantastic choice for large families and teams. You'll get a much better deal with us than any local hotel. Local amenities are excellent, with a shop opposite, the fantastic family-friendly White Horse pub a mere 2 minutes walk away and the best Italian cafe in Bedford very close by as well. You have your pick of any supermarket within 5 minutes and we're only 10 minutes by car from the centre of town. The beautiful Priory Lakes nature reserve is only 15 minutes away by foot. This area of outstanding natural beauty is connected to the famous River Great Ouse - walking alongside this river is conveniently your best route in to town. Great coach, car and train access to Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, London and the M1. We provide a private minibus service that can collect your entire group from any local airport or train station, take you out on excursions to nearby cities and bring you home just in time for dinner. Plenty of space! - 5 double bedrooms with 1 double bed each - 4 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each - 1 double bed in our detached garden bedroom - We have a new wall bed installed in the lounge - it's a cupboard by day and a proper single bed by night - 2 shower rooms with shower and WC - 2 bathrooms with bath, shower and WC Travelling with babies or young children? We have two travel cots, two high chairs, a car seat and a booster seat available. We provide all the kitchen and bathroom essentials you would expect from a quality holiday let, including shampoo and shower gel. Our laundry facilities have both washing machines and tumble dryers, and washing powder is included. An iron and ironing board is available and hair dryers are provided. Our kitchens have 3 ovens, plenty of fridge and freezer space, 2 hobs and 2 microwaves. Entertainment on our three flat-screen HD televisions includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, many free movies, UK television channels and more. We provide board games and lots of books. We have fantastic high speed WiFi throughout the houses and gardens. Our open-plan living area includes a large dining table set for 10 guests. A second table is available which seats 4. Our rear garden is huge and great for a kick about at the end of a hard day. There is an outdoor plug so feel free to bring your own audio equipment for use in the gardens during the weekends. There is also a modern gas BBQ that you can use. We are pet friendly :) We have been hosting large family and business groups for over 5 years and we think we've got our service nailed.
