The large, red electric boat has two large batteries and a powerful 800 watt motor. It is a classic Fronius boat that would normally cost 70 EUR/day to rent at the port. Wake up overlooking reed and lake. For breakfast on the terrace, maybe some ducks will come by. Unique feeling of nature. A small, simple electric boat (for about 5 people) is available and "anchors" directly in front of the house. It's not a racing boat, but it's nice to ride it out to the lake at sunset and swing around the lake a little bit. Fishing equipment (3 rods, fishing license can be bought in the village). Gas grill. Nespresso. Satellite TV. I'm not on site. The pile construction is exclusively available to guests. If you have any questions, I am of course available by phone. The center of Rust is in about 10 minutes walking distance. There are bakers, grocery stores, cafe, restaurant, taverns, ... Parking place for the accommodation is closed with barriers (for 1 car). The pile construction has a floor area of approx. 45 m2 and stands on a plateau of approx. 100 m2. Due to the "tent shape" there are many roof slopes, i.e. the real usable space in the house is small, but life always takes place with the sliding door open, so that the terrace also "becomes the living room". There is only 1 room, all 5 beds are in this room: a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor, a double bed (slatted base with mattresses, not a complete bed with legs and head for space reasons) directly under the roof and can only be reached by a ladder. This bed is therefore not recommended for small children or persons with reduced mobility. Guest access The whole "house" (hut) on the terrace is only available to guests. The entire facility is a private weekend facility predominantly for people from the surrounding cities (Vienna). So please respect their need for rest, this is not a party location. THANK you.
