Spacious guest room with a workstation in a lovingly preserved half-timbered house in the village of Rössing, located between Hanover and Hildesheim. Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house – ideal for working from home or business trips. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Free parking usually directly on the street. Family atmosphere in a rural setting. There are two friendly male cats – Carlo and Kuba – and our female dog Nuca in the house. The space ❤️ Welcome to our home! ❤️ The house is occupied by our family and has a very special, personal atmosphere. In the house there are two separate apartments. One on the ground floor and one on the upper two floors. My sister and I live on the ground floor with our two cats, Carlo and Kuba, and our dog, Nuca. Our father lives on the top floor, where he has his own space and a private bathroom. The rooms for our guests are on the middle floor, where there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is shared. 🐾 Important to know: Our pets mainly live on the ground floor. However, the two cats are curious and occasionally stop by to visit our guests. Therefore, unfortunately, the property is not suitable for allergy sufferers. 🌿 Garden & outdoor area: You are welcome to use our garden; it is especially inviting for relaxing in the summer. Whether you want to sit comfortably outside, barbecue, have a nice conversation, or simply enjoy nature, everything is possible here. ✨ This place is ideal for anyone who appreciates a cozy, relaxed atmosphere and enjoys staying in a more rural setting. There are two train stations nearby, but none in the town itself. The train station in Barnten is 1 km (0.6 miles) away and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The train station in Nordstemmen is about 3 km away. We are looking forward to having you stay with us! Guest access On the middle floor of the house, there are a total of three guest bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway with seating, and the kitchen. There is a piano in the hallway, which you are welcome to use. The garden can also be used. During your stay You can contact me, my father, or my sister at any time if you have any questions. There is almost always someone at home. If you don't find anyone, you can always reach me on my cell phone.
