ABOUT OUR POOL Our pool is a standout feature of the home and is available for guest use year-round. Please note that the pool is very deep (up to 8 feet) and is not heated. Guests should exercise caution at all times, and children must be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty; use of the pool is at your own risk. Pool conditions may vary slightly depending on weather and regular maintenance schedules. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the backyard, and the private pool area. The property is exclusively yours during your stay, no shared spaces. For operational purposes, a few storage closets and cabinets are kept locked for supplies and owner use. Parking is available in the driveway and designated areas in front of the home. Please ensure vehicles are parked properly and do not block neighboring properties or access points. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM in accordance with local regulations and to respect our neighbors. Other things to note Guests will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Guests with zero reviews may be required to provide a $300 security deposit, which will be held and released within 5 days after checkout, assuming no damages are reported. We charge a minimum of $150 for any unapproved late checkout. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and guests must ensure smoke does not enter the home. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Violations will result in a minimum $500 fee. NO PETS allowed in this property. Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges. 🔇 Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors. Guests may still enjoy outdoor spaces during this time, but noise must be kept to a minimum. Outdoor music and amplified speakers must remain at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times. 🚫 No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
