Located on the third attic floor of our residential building, with a separate entrance, balcony and terrace. The plot is near the forest, birds sing, a shady garden, a residential area around, no crowded hotels, very quiet and peaceful. In the spring of 2021, the bathroom was renovated in the apartment, a lot was changed on the site, including - we solved the problem of stairs, which are now accessible to everyone!!! The space The apartment is 40 sq.m., including a 24 sq.m. room, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and a great mountain view!We provide towels, blankets, hair dryer, soap and shampoo. There are books and board games for adults and children. Guest access The apartment has access to the terrace, where you can conveniently work (there is a connection to the electricity network), drink tea or eat a hearty meal, assemble something interesting from the parts of a construction set or puzzle. A little above the terrace you can sit with a magazine or book on the swing sofa, get tired on the trampoline and dream in the sandbox, and if you go further into the woods, listen to the birds and cicadas in the hammock. Other things to note The house and garden are located on the slope of the mountain, so there is a large difference in height on the site and quite a lot of stairs, be prepared for physical exertion! Our house is quite far from the beach and beach hustle and bustle, as well as beach infrastructure - promenades, canteens, seasonal shops, and the final 100 meters of the road to the house is a dirt road! Therefore, we recommend that families with small children come by car to feel more comfortable!!!
