The space Dear All, our Classical chic, fully renovated apartment is a one bedroom flat. Thought for three persons, it can be extended to 4 persons ( BZ in the living room). Located in the heart of the 9th district you will be 5 minutes closed to Sacré Coeur Montmartre, Pigalle, Gare du Nord and Opéra. The immediate surrounding is young, hype and provide all kind of restaurants which can also deliver home. The address is on the rue des Martyrs, famous for the numerous food shops and market, and our flat is off the street on the ground floor, overlooking a quite and luminous courtyard. (security is fully adapted to the ground location + coded portal door and interphone sas access, secured windows and door). In the living room you have a built in kitchen in case you prefer to cook for yourselves. Two fires, a real oven and microwaves one, a large fridge as well as separate freezer are provided as well. The dishwasher is there too. There’s also washing-drying machine, boiler and a Nespresso machine. With an Italian “shower room”, we have everything you would need; 160/200cm bed, linens, sheets, duvets, towels, hairdryer, a numerical coded safe. For your work and your entertainment we have fiber internet, wifi, intl TV, etc... Everything you would need to feel comfortable. The check-in is from 2pm to 8pm - The check-out time is before 11am. If you are coming earlier or leaving later we can help you keep your luggage in our place. If we don't have other guest coming or leaving in same day we will do our best to organize your check in/out in your convenience. The immediate environment is young, trendy and offers all types of restaurants that can also deliver to home. The address is on Rue des Martyrs, famous for its many grocery stores and market, and our apartment is located on the ground floor, overlooking a quiet and bright courtyard. The security is fully adapted to the location on the ground floor coded gate and access by intercom, windows and secure door. In the main room you have a built-in kitchen in case you prefer to cook for yourself. Two fires, a real oven and a microwave, a large refrigerator and a separate freezer are also provided. The dishwasher is there, too. There is also a washing machine, a water boiler, and a nespresso coffee machine. With an Italian bathroom, we have everything you would need; Bed 160 / 200cm, sheets, bed linen, quilts, towels, hairdryer, coded digital safe. For your work and entertainment, we have Internet through fiber, wifi, international television, etc. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 am. If you are coming earlier or leaving later we can help you keep your luggage in our apartment.
